A gloomy milking parlour filled with the sounds of Bach concerts from the wheezing loudspeakers – this is the daily life of Erik, a cow milker at the “Milk Paradise” cooperative. Erik is a young boy who gave up his career as a photographer to live in an industrial town, away from his family and friends. On the spot he met Marissa, a prostitute in a subordinate nightclub. They became friends. They both want to find their place in the world.
